This document governs the website and mobile messaging program for Dave Wallace/Wallace for America (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website or opting into our messaging program, you agree to the following terms and practices.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• Mobile Terms of Service. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from us.

• Messages may include campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, and requests for donation. Consent to receive text messages is program-specific and does not constitute consent to receive calls or messages from other programs or third parties.
• Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
• You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a single confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific program.
• For assistance, reply “HELP” to any message or contact campaign@wallaceforamerica.com.
• Message frequency varies based on activity and your level of engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Messages may solicit donations. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of making any donation. 

Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
