Dave Wallace is not a career politician. He is a lifelong Marylander who has spent more than four decades building businesses, creating jobs, raising a family, and solving real-world problems.

Born and educated in Maryland, Dave attended Maryland’s Catholic parochial schools and public schools before earning a degree in Biology. His scientific education taught him to evaluate facts, analyze problems, and pursue practical solutions rather than political talking points.

Dave began working at a young age and learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and perseverance from his father. In 1981, during the Reagan era, he entered the family business and helped build it through innovation, determination, and a commitment to serving customers. Through economic downturns, floods, fires, and countless challenges faced by small businesses, Dave never quit. He understands firsthand what it means to meet payroll, create opportunity, and take risks with his own livelihood.

For more than forty years, Dave has lived the same challenges faced by working families, homeowners, small-business owners, and taxpayers throughout Maryland. He believes leadership means accepting responsibility, producing results, and doing what is right—even when it is difficult.

Dave’s experience extends beyond business. Through his work with RESTORE AMERICA’S MISSION® (RAM®) and the FAIR Energy Foundation, he has engaged with business leaders, policy experts, economists, energy ministers, and government officials throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He has participated in international forums addressing energy security, economic growth, property rights, free markets, and the rule of law. His work has focused on advancing policies that strengthen prosperity, security, and human dignity both at home and abroad.

As a husband, father, and grandfather, Dave understands that strong families are the foundation of strong communities. Married to his wife Barbara for more than three decades, he believes that commitment, faith, personal responsibility, and perseverance remain essential American values.
